Leigh Anne will be teaching a #LaeYoga Class at Hamptons Yoga Fest! This class will be a fun and challenging mix of Vinyasa Yoga and alignment based yoga. Class is a moderately vigorous level of intensity, and modifications will be given for both beginnings and advanced students alike. Come prepared to work hard, sweat, and have a great time!
